Degree Program
At Turing College, we take a different approach to our degree programs from most institutions. Our programs are designed to teach a common core of Computer Science theory while adapting to your Engineering goals and strengths to create a fully custom curriculum. Our entire course catalog is available on demand, and each student works through the material at their own pace. While working through our approximately two year professional degree program, you will complete:
    • 30-45 Credit hours of Computer Science and Mathematical theory
    • 15-25 Credit hours of Software Engineering
    • 20-40 Credit hours of language specific training
    • 2000+ hours of evaluated programming
    • 500+ hours of work on real world and open source projects
    • At least one Internship in a software engineering firm

In order to reach this level in a traditional University, you would need a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Software Engineering, plus a Masters in either discipline, 4-5 language specific training courses and roughly 2 years in internships and real world experience.

We are purely a technical college, and do not require, nor offer, any liberal arts courses as part of our programs. Our program is flexible enough to work with other colleges or universities to provide a balanced education.

Note: Turing College is not yet an accredited institution of higher learning, and as such, our degree programs should be considered for their educational value and not for transferability of credits.
